Name, pin, hours, phone. A person replies to reviews. Maps direction is intent, not a visit.
Each outlet should match the real store on Google. A messy listing leaks people before they ever write HQ.
Reviews: Maps link shows public notes. Official Google Business Profile lets a person reply so it goes live on Maps. A one-star is still a customer if a person handles it fast. No bot.
We do not count Maps direction requests as store visits, leads, or sales.
