Print the join QR for the table or the counter. They enter name, phone, email, birthday, city, and whether WhatsApp birthday notes are ok.
Same phone as a chat is one person. Scanning join again does not stamp. The cashier asks “already a member?”, checks the phone, then takes the receipt.
